Owning your own business can be extremely rewarding.

It can also be completely exhausting.

Aside from the hustle you put into your product or service, there’s a never-ending string of work that goes into running a business: responding to emails, returning phone calls, posting to your social media accounts, sending out email campaigns…The list goes on and on (and on….)

When do you find the time to do it all?

Sometimes you do it at night. Sometimes you work weekends. Sometimes you don’t find the time and it doesn’t get done. And your business—the one you’ve been putting your blood, sweat and tears into—is suffering for it.

Owning a Business Shouldn’t Suck The Life Out of You

Let’s face it: Trying to do it all is burning you out. Not to mention, you’re missing out on time with your family and friends. You spend your evenings and weekends sitting in front of a computer trying to catch up on the invoicing, emails, and phone calls you missed all week, PLUS doing things to push your business forward. But you’re tired.

“How does everyone else manage to stay on top of it?” you ask yourself.

They don’t do it all, and neither should you. That’s where I come in.

Taking over the tasks that eat up your valuable time is what I do best. I’m Dianne, and I’m the person you wish you had waaaay back when you first started your business because it would have made things SO much easier.

  • I could have written all of the copy for your website, your landing pages, and your sales funnels
  • I could have set up all of your social media accounts and made sure you were posting something to them every day
  • I could have made sure the people on your mailing lists were hearing from you regularly
  • I could have set up efficient systems to help you better manage your business

And I can still do those things for you.

You know all that behind-the-scenes stuff you don’t have time for? The stuff you’re not good at? The stuff you hate doing?

What if I did it ALL for you?

You know as well as I do that the “stuff” you’re putting off is important to your business.

  • If you don’t get your invoices out, you can’t get paid
  • If you don’t use social media, you’re missing millions of customers
  • If you don’t stay connected with your customers, they’ll forget about you
  • If you don’t have systems in place, you can’t track your progress

For 15 years I put my Journalism degree to work running editorial departments at newspapers and magazines, and there are 3 extremely important things I learned:

Choosing the right words (and the wrong ones) makes more of an impact than you think.

Having solid systems and processes in place eliminates errors and missed opportunities.

Deadlines are important. (Really important.)

Your customers want to work with someone who’s got their act together and knows what they’re doing. That proposal you sent out with spelling errors? That makes you look incompetent. Your website that hasn’t been updated since Obama’s first term in office? That makes you look outdated. Taking days (or weeks) to respond to emails? That makes you look like you don’t care.

Is that really the image you want to project?

Don’t Just Be Busy. Be Productive.

I know your list of Things To Do (But Never Gets Done) keeps getting longer, yet the number of hours in a day stays the same. Stop beating yourself up for not being able to do it all yourself. No one can.

While you’re busy talking with clients, making connections and focusing on the things that make you money, I can be in the background taking care of writing your sales copy and social media posts. I can be designing your marketing materials and updating your website. That lead magnet you’ve been meaning to create but still haven’t found the time to do it? Pass it off to me and consider it done.

You started your business because you love what you do and you’re good at it. I started mine because I love what I do and I’m good at it, too. And that’s helping you succeed.

Say good-bye to your never-ending To Do list and hello to having a life again. If you’re ready to take a load off your shoulders and get more done in a day without sacrificing time with your family and friends, click below and let’s get started!
